Kylee Vanwormer has been named player of the year. "The Junior helped lead her team to the 3A Arizona State Girls Basketball Tournament, despite only being able to play the second half of the season, because of being a transfer student. Averaging 20 points a game and 7 steals and 5 block shots per game. Her true impact on her team was a team captain and leader. Her school's first year playing in the AIA, and qualifying for the state tournament by ending the season runners-up in the 3A center region, due in larger part to Kylee's leadership.Her ability to rally her teammates helped the Lady Warriors to a successful season.
