The Show Low Cougars basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Payson Longhorns to 52 in the Cougars league triumph on Saturday.

The Cougars now sport a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Snowflake for a III Section IV contest on Tuesday, January 14. Show Low will battle a Lobos team coming off a 99-62 non-league win over Red Rock (Sedona, AZ). The Lobos record now stands at 14-3.

The Longhorns (7-12) will now prepare for their contest against Holbrook (Holbrook, AZ). The Roadrunners enter the III Section IV contest with a 9-9 record. In their last contest, Holbrook was nudged by Page (Page, AZ), 62-47, in a non-league contest.
