Snowflake Lobos (Snowflake, AZ) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Payson Longhorns (Payson, AZ), 76-50 in a league bout.

With the victory, Snowflake upgrades its record to 13-0 on the campaign. The Lobos travel to Winslow (Winslow, AZ) to play the Bulldogs in a 3A East bout on Friday, February 26. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 10-1. Winslow won 67-49 in their recent league bout against Holbrook (Holbrook, AZ)

Next up, the Longhorns play the Blue Ridge Yellow Jackets (Lakeside, AZ) in a 3A East bout, on Friday, February 26. Payson will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record. The Yellow Jackets come into the bout with a 3-9 record after their 58-56 league win over Show Low (Show Low, AZ).
