In Tuesday's league outing, the Excelsior Knights (Carmichael, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Trinity Prep Crusaders (Napa, CA), by a margin of 71-35.

The Knights (6-8) will now prepare for their outing against Sierra Christian (Rocklin, CA). The Bears go into the Northern Pacific outing with a 9-3 record. In their last outing, Sierra Christian smashed North Hills Christian (Vallejo, CA), 78-52, in a league outing.

The Crusaders now own a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Life Christian for a Northern Pacific outing on Friday, January 25. Trinity Prep will encounter a Crusaders squad coming off a 53-41 league loss to Sierra Christian (Rocklin, CA). The Crusaders record now stands at 1-14.
