Hayfork Timberjacks (Hayfork, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Happy Camp Indians (Happy Camp, CA), 54-49 in a league bout.

With the win, Hayfork upgrades its record to 13-11 on the season. The Timberjacks host Herlong (Herlong, CA) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 21. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 4-11. Herlong lost 57-36 in their recent non-league bout against American Christian Academy (Anderson, CA)

Next up, the Indians clash with the Butte Valley Bulldogs (Dorris, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 21. Happy Camp will attempt to upgrade on its 6-12 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 15-9 record after their 66-21 league win over Surprise Valley (Cedarville, CA).
