Joey LaGrua has been named player of the year. "Joey LaGrua was the the leader of the team. He provided the senior leadership needed for a very young team. He was the team's leading scorer and he did it with consistency. He is one of the better players in San Diego and really proved it this year by leading Orange Glen High School to their first Valley League title in over 15 years with 20 regular season wins and a tough loss in the CIF semifinals. "
