The Anderson Cubs softball team scored 6 points and limited the visiting Eureka Loggers to 0 in the Cubs non-league triumph on Friday.

Coming up next, the Cubs encounter the Central Valley Falcons (Shasta Lake, CA) in a Northern test, on Tuesday, April 10. Anderson will attempt to improve on its 10-1 season record. The Falcons come into the test with a 4-2 record after their 4-2 non-league win over Arcata (Arcata, CA).

The Loggers (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Lassen (Susanville, CA). The Grizzlies come into the non-league test with a 7-1 record. In their last test, Lassen edged Las Plumas (Oroville, CA), 5-4, in a league test.
