Durham Trojans (Durham, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Gridley Bulldogs (Gridley, CA), 10-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Trojans now own a 15-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Williams for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 3. Durham will battle a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 17-15 league loss to Live Oak (Live Oak, CA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 0-18.

With the loss, Gridley falls to 1-16 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Oroville (Oroville, CA) to battle the Tigers in a Butte View challenge on Tuesday, May 3. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 7-20. Oroville lost 5-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Enterprise (Redding, CA)
