Sutter Huskies (Sutter, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Gridley Bulldogs (Gridley, CA), 7-0 in a league challenge.

The Huskies now own a 13-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wheatland for a Butte View challenge on Tuesday, April 17.

With the loss, Gridley falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Winters (Winters, CA) to battle the Warriors in a Butte View challenge on Thursday, April 19. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 8-6.
