The Rye Thunderbolts volleyball team (Rye, CO), went down 3-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Simla Cubs (Simla, CO)

The Cubs (16-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Wiggins (Wiggins, CO). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 15-5 record. In their last challenge, Wiggins defeated Holyoke (Holyoke, CO), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Thunderbolts encounter the Swallows Charter Academy Spartans (Pueblo West, CO) in a 2A Santa Fe challenge, on Tuesday, October 29. Rye will attempt to move on its 13-6 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 11-7 record after their 3-2 league win over Las Animas (Las Animas, CO).
