Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Terre Haute North Vigo Patriots (Terre Haute, IN) and the host Northview Knights (Brazil, IN), saw Terre Haute North Vigo's basketball squad hold off Northview by a tally of 45-40.

With the victory, Terre Haute North Vigo improves its record to 7-10 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to South Vermillion (Clinton, IN) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 4. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 0-12. South Vermillion lost 77-10 in their recent non-league challenge against Greencastle (Greencastle, IN)

Next up, the Knights confront the Edgewood Mustangs (Ellettsville, IN) in a Western Indiana challenge, on Wednesday, January 4. Northview will attempt to improve on its 10-4 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 3-9 record after their 43-40 non-league loss to Barr-Reeve (Montgomery, IN).
