January 2, 2024: Bridgeport, CT 06610 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Bullard-Havens Tigers (Bridgeport, CT) and the visiting Abbott RVT Wolverines (Danbury, CT), saw Bullard-Havens's basketball squad hold off Abbott RVT by a tally of 50-46.
With the victory, Bullard-Havens improves its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Norwalk (Norwalk, CT) to confront the Bears in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 3. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 1-3. Norwalk lost 84-78 in their recent non-league challenge against Hamden (Hamden, CT)
Next up, the Wolverines confront the Wolcott RVT Wildcats (Torrington, CT) in a Connecticut Technical - West challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Abbott RVT will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 63-60 league loss to Kaynor Tech (Waterbury, CT).
