The Tremont Eagles (Tremont, MS) basketball knocked off the visiting Brilliant Tigers (Brilliant, AL), 40-28 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Eagles (4-11) will now prepare for their test against Baldwyn (Baldwyn, MS). The Bearcats go into the 1A Region 1 test with a 11-3 record. In their last test, Baldwyn notched a victory over Ashland (Ashland, MS), 81-40, in a non-league test.
