Missouri High School Basketball - Liberty overwhelms Doniphan

Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Liberty Eagles (Mountain View, MO) and the visiting Doniphan Dons (Doniphan, MO), saw Liberty's basketball squad wallop Doniphan by a count of 69-40.

With the victory, Liberty upgrades its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Licking (Licking, MO) to play the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 5. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 10-2. Licking won 63-51 in their recent non-league challenge against Willow Springs (Willow Springs, MO)

Next up, the Dons play the Liberty Blue Jays (Liberty, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 4. Doniphan will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record.
