January 2, 2024: Medford, OR 97501 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Rogue Valley Adventist Red Tail Hawks (Medford, OR) and the visiting New Hope Christian Warriors (Grants Pass, OR), saw Rogue Valley Adventist's basketball squad knock off New Hope Christian by a tally of 58-48.
With the victory, Rogue Valley Adventist improves its record to 1-4 on the campaign. The Red Tail Hawks host Chiloquin (Chiloquin, OR) to play the Panthers/Queens in a 1A Mountain Valley challenge on Thursday, January 4. The Panthers/Queens come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Chiloquin won 44-32 in their recent non-league challenge against Culver (Culver, OR)
Next up, the Warriors play the Elkton Elks (Elkton, OR) in a 1A Skyline challenge, on Friday, January 5. New Hope Christian will attempt to improve on its 6-9 season record. The Elks come into the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 50-49 non-league win over Bonanza (Bonanza, OR).
