Missouri High School Basketball - Putnam County overwhelms South Harrison
January 2, 2024: Bethany, MO 64424 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Putnam County Midgets (Unionville, MO) and the host South Harrison Bulldogs (Bethany, MO), saw Putnam County's basketball squad wallop South Harrison by a tally of 76-40.
With the victory, Putnam County improves its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Midgets travel to Schuyler County (Lancaster, MO) to confront the Rams in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 4. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 8-2. Schuyler County won 66-25 in their recent non-league challenge against La Plata (La Plata, MO)
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Brookfield Bulldogs (Brookfield, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 5. South Harrison will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 55-43 non-league win over Trenton (Trenton, MO).
