Ohio High School Basketball - Columbus Grove toppled by Bath
January 2, 2025: Columbus Grove, OH 45830 Bath Wildcats (Lima, OH) supporters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Columbus Grove Bulldogs (Columbus Grove, OH), 54-46 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Bath advances its record to 5-4 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Kenton (Kenton, OH) to face the Wildcats in a Western Buckeye match on Wednesday, January 8. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 1-7. Kenton lost 69-22 in their recent non-league match against Liberty-Benton (Findlay, OH)
The Bulldogs now own a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fort Jennings for a Putnam County match on Saturday, January 4. Columbus Grove will face a Musketeers squad coming off a 62-43 league win over Leipsic (Leipsic, OH). The Musketeers record now stands at 7-3.
