Minnesota High School Basketball - Pine Island victorious over Triton
January 2, 2025: Dodge Center, MN 55927 In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Pine Island Panthers basketball team scored a good 63-49 triumph over the Triton Cobras.
The Panthers (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against Goodhue (Goodhue, MN). The Wildcats go into the non-league contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, Goodhue topped Blooming Prairie (Blooming Prairie, MN), 73-41, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Cobras battle the Plainview-Elgin-Millville Bulldogs (Elgin, MN) in a AA Section 1 contest, on Saturday, January 4. Triton will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 4-6 record after their 64-40 league loss to Triton (Dodge Center, MN).
