January 2, 2025: Garden Grove, CA 92843 In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Polytechnic Panthers basketball team scored a close 39-34 triumph over the Santiago Cavaliers.
The Panthers (10-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Marquez (Huntington Park, CA). The Gladiators come into the non-league challenge with a 4-6 record. In their last challenge, Marquez edged Roosevelt (Los Angeles, CA), 59-44, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Cavaliers encounter the Roosevelt Rough Riders (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 3. Santiago will attempt to improve on its 12-6 season record. The Rough Riders come into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 83-51 non-league loss to Marshall (Los Angeles, CA).
