California High School Basketball - El Camino can't hold off Palo Alto
January 2, 2025: South San Francisco, CA 94080 Palo Alto Vikings (Palo Alto, CA) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host El Camino Colts (South San Francisco, CA), 32-28 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Palo Alto advances its record to 11-3 on the year. The Vikings travel to Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory (San Francisco, CA) to face the Fightin' Irish in a non-league match on Friday, January 3. The Fightin' Irish enter the match with a record of 5-2. Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory won 57-21 in their recent non-league match against Hillsdale (San Mateo, CA)
The Colts now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carlmont for a non-league match on Friday, January 3.
