California High School Basketball - Nipomo thwarts Foothill Tech
January 2, 2025: Nipomo, CA 93444 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Nipomo Titans (Nipomo, CA) and the visiting Foothill Tech Dragons (Ventura, CA), observed Nipomo's basketball team knock off Foothill Tech by a score of 51-36.
The Titans (6-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Morro Bay (Morro Bay, CA). The Pirates come into the non-league challenge with a 8-5 record. In their last challenge, Morro Bay prevailed over Santa Maria (Santa Maria, CA), 60-40, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Dragons encounter the Thacher Toads (Ojai, CA) in a Tri-Valley challenge, on Thursday, January 9. Foothill Tech will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record. The Toads come into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 78-22 league loss to St. Bonaventure (Ventura, CA).
