Washington High School Basketball - Wenatchee sneaks past Cheney
January 2, 2025: Wenatchee, WA 98801 The Wenatchee Panthers basketball team scored 64 points and limited the visiting Cheney Blackhawks to 60 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Panthers now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Eisenhower for a non-league game on Friday, January 10. Wenatchee will play a Cadets team coming off a 81-54 non-league loss to Davis (Yakima, WA). The Cadets record now stands at 1-7.
With the loss, Cheney falls to 6-2 on the campaign. The Blackhawks travel to Eastmont (East Wenatchee, WA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league game on Friday, January 3.
