Washington High School Basketball - Liberty fells St. George's
January 2, 2025: Spangle, WA 99031 The Liberty Lancers basketball team scored 50 points and limited the visiting St. George's Dragons to 41 in the Lancers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Lancers now possess a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Upper Columbia Academy for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7. Liberty will confront a Lions team coming off a 59-27 non-league loss to Colfax (Colfax, WA). The Lions record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, St. George's falls to 4-4 on the campaign. The Dragons host Reardan (Reardan, WA) to confront the Screaming Eagles in a non-league game on Saturday, January 4. The Screaming Eagles go into the game with a record of 8-1. Reardan won 59-43 in their recent non-league game against Manson (Manson, WA)
