Michigan High School Basketball - East Jackson fells Britton Deerfield
January 3, 2022: Britton, MI 49229 East Jackson Trojans (Jackson, MI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Britton Deerfield Patriots (Britton, MI), 66-46 in a non-league bout.
With the win, East Jackson upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Trojans host Hanover-Horton (Horton, MI) to clash with the Comets in a Cascades bout on Friday, January 7. The Comets go into the bout with a record of 2-3. Hanover-Horton lost 75-29 in their recent non-league bout against Tecumseh (Tecumseh, MI)
Next up, the Patriots clash with the Pittsford Wildcats (Pittsford, MI) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 5. Britton Deerfield will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 57-41 league loss to Athens (Athens, MI).
