Massachusetts High School Basketball - Middleborough tops Carver
January 3, 2023: Middleborough, MA 02346 Middleborough Sachems (Middleborough, MA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Carver Crusaders (Carver, MA), 52-41 in a league bout.
With the victory, Middleborough upgrades its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Sachems host East Bridgewater (East Bridgewater, MA) to play the Vikings in a South Shore bout on Friday, January 6. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 3-2. East Bridgewater won 48-45 in their recent non-league bout against North Attleborough (North Attleborough, MA)
Next up, the Crusaders play the Sandwich Blue Knights (East Sandwich, MA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 5. Carver will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Blue Knights come into the bout with a 0-5 record after their 50-39 non-league loss to Monomoy (Harwich, MA).
