Virginia High School Basketball - Dinwiddie overwhelms Prince George
January 3, 2023: Prince George, VA 23875 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Dinwiddie Generals (Dinwiddie, VA) and the host Prince George Royals (Prince George, VA), saw Dinwiddie's basketball squad wallop Prince George by a tally of 86-53.
With the victory, Dinwiddie improves its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Generals host Petersburg (Petersburg, VA) to confront the Crimson Wave in a Central challenge on Friday, January 6. The Crimson Wave come into the challenge with a record of 6-4. Petersburg won 49-43 in their recent non-league challenge against Hermitage (Richmond, VA)
Next up, the Royals confront the Matoaca Warriors (Chesterfield, VA) in a Central challenge, on Friday, January 6. Prince George will attempt to improve on its 0-9 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 94-53 league win over Colonial Heights (Colonial Heights, VA).
