New Jersey High School Basketball - Gloucester Catholic nudges Pioneer Academy
January 3, 2023: Gloucester City, NJ 08030 Gloucester Catholic Rams (Gloucester City, NJ) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Pioneer Academy Eagles (Wayne, NJ), 57-50 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Gloucester Catholic upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Rams travel to Clayton (Clayton, NJ) to clash with the Clippers in a Tri-County - Classic bout on Thursday, January 5. The Clippers go into the bout with a record of 6-4. Clayton won 98-72 in their recent non-league bout against LEAP Academy (Camden, NJ)
Next up, the Eagles clash with the Princeton Day Panthers (Princeton, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 12. Pioneer Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record.
