The Golden Eagles now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kearney for a Suburban - Blue battle on Thursday, January 5. Ruskin will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 50-28 non-league loss to Truman (Independence, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-6.
The Pirates (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Notre Dame de Sion (Kansas City, MO). The Storm come into the non-league battle with a 7-4 record. In their last battle, Notre Dame de Sion edged KIPP Legacy (Kansas City, MO), 64-28, in a non-league battle.
