Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Reading tops Cedar Crest
January 3, 2023: Reading, PA 19604 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Reading Red KNights (Reading, PA) and the visiting Cedar Crest Falcons (Lebanon, PA), saw Reading's basketball squad knock off Cedar Crest by a count of 47-38.
With the victory, Reading upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Red KNights host Wilson (West Lawn, PA) to play the Bulldogs in a Berks County 1 challenge on Friday, January 6. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 1-5. Wilson lost 36-25 in their recent non-league challenge against Parkland (Allentown, PA)
Next up, the Falcons play the Lebanon Cedars (Lebanon, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 6. Cedar Crest will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Cedars come into the challenge with a 8-0 record after their 59-34 non-league win over Palmyra (Palmyra, PA).
