Texas High School Basketball - Poth overwhelms Ingram Moore
January 3, 2023: Poth, TX 78147 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Poth Pirates (Poth, TX) and the visiting Ingram Moore Warriors (Ingram, TX), saw Poth's basketball squad wallop Ingram Moore by a tally of 54-23.
With the victory, Poth improves its record to 12-12 on the campaign. The Pirates host Karnes City (Karnes City, TX) to confront the Badgers in a 3A Region IV District 27 challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Badgers come into the challenge with a record of 7-15.
Next, the Warriors encounter the Blanco Panthers (Blanco, TX) in a 3A Region I District 5 outing, on Friday, January 6. Ingram Moore will attempt to advance on its 2-12 season record. The Panthers go into the outing with a 14-11 record after their 56-46 non-league win over Lutheran (San Antonio, TX).
