January 3, 2024: Carlisle, AR 72024 In Wednesday's non-league outing, the England Lions (England, AR) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Carlisle Bison (Carlisle, AR), by a margin of 57-19.
The Lions (9-8) will now prepare for their outing against Bigelow (Bigelow, AR). The Panthers go into the 2A Region 5 outing with a 9-8 record. In their last outing, Bigelow was trounced by Mt. Vernon-Enola (Mt. Vernon, AR), 66-36, in a non-league outing.
