January 3, 2025: Ansonia, OH 45303 Tri-Village Patriots (New Madison, OH) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Ansonia Tigers (Ansonia, OH), 84-26 in a league match.
With the victory, Tri-Village advances its record to 8-1 on the year. The Patriots host Belmont (Dayton, OH) to face the Bison in a non-league match on Saturday, January 4. The Bison enter the match with a record of 1-6. Belmont lost 42-33 in their recent non-league bout against Franklin Monroe (Pitsburg, OH)
With the loss, Ansonia falls to 0-9 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Calvary Christian (Bellefontaine, OH) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 4.
