The Southern Guilford Storm basketball team scored 54 points and limited the host Atkins Camels to 48 in the Storm league triumph on Friday.

The Storm now have a 2-9 record. They play next when they host Ben L. Smith for a 3A Mid-State game on Tuesday, January 7. Southern Guilford will confront a Golden Eagles team coming off a 57-53 league loss to Dudley (Greensboro, NC). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 11-2.
