Tennessee High School Basketball - King's Academy crushes Clayton-Bradley Academy
January 3, 2025: Maryville, TN 37804 The King's Academy Lions (Seymour, TN) basketball crushed the host Clayton-Bradley Academy Blazers (Maryville, TN), 66-27 in Friday's league bout.
The Lions now possess a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Lakeway Christian Academy for a Division II-A East District 1 bout on Tuesday, January 7. King's Academy will play a Lions team coming off a 55-54 non-league loss to Whitley County (Williamsburg, KY). The Lions record now stands at 5-5.
With the loss, Clayton-Bradley Academy falls to 2-12 on the campaign. The Blazers travel to Concord Christian (Knoxville, TN) to play the Lions in a Division II-A East District 1 bout on Tuesday, January 7. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 1-9. Concord Christian lost 57-50 in their recent non-league bout against Cumberland County (Crossville, TN)
