In Friday's league test, the Decatur Golden Gators (Federal Way, WA) basketball squad trounced the visiting Kentlake Falcons (Kent, WA), by a score of 77-55.

Next, the Golden Gators clash with the Auburn Riverside Ravens (Auburn, WA) in a 3A/4A North Puget Sound test, on Saturday, January 4. Decatur will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record. The Ravens come into the test with a 3-10 record after their 65-45 non-league loss to Kentridge (Kent, WA).

The Falcons (1-9) will now prepare for their test against Evergreen (Seattle, WA). The Wolverines come into the non-league test with a 1-7 record. In their last test, Evergreen was routed by Tumwater (Tumwater, WA), 67-45, in a non-league test.
