New Hampshire High School Basketball - Fall Mountain overwhelms Derryfield
January 3, 2025: Langdon, NH 03602 The Fall Mountain Wildcats basketball team scored 62 points and limited the visiting Derryfield Cougars to 39 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Friday.
The Wildcats now possess a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Hillsboro-Deering for a Division III game on Tuesday, January 7. Fall Mountain will confront a Hillcats team coming off a 98-35 league loss to Raymond (Raymond, NH). The Hillcats record now stands at 0-5.
With the loss, Derryfield falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Belmont (Belmont, NH) to confront the Red Raiders in a non-league game on Monday, January 6. The Red Raiders go into the game with a record of 5-1. Belmont won 69-50 in their recent league game against Campbell (Litchfield, NH)
