January 3, 2025: Geronimo, OK 73543 Mountain View-Gotebo Tigers (Mountain View, OK) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Geronimo Blue Jays (Geronimo, OK), 43-23 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Mountain View-Gotebo advances its record to 4-3 on the year. The Tigers travel to Snyder (Snyder, OK) to face the Cyclones in a non-league match on Friday, January 17. The Cyclones enter the match with a record of 2-7.
The Blue Jays now own a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ryan for a Southern Eight match on Tuesday, January 7. Geronimo will face a Cowboys squad coming off a 48-45 league loss to Springer (Springer, OK). The Cowboys record now stands at 5-3.
