The Pallotti Panthers basketball squad (Laurel, MD), was nudged 56-55 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Potomac School Panthers (McLean, VA)

With the victory, Potomac School advances its record to 5-4 on the year. The Panthers travel to Bishop O'Connell (Arlington, VA) to meet the Knights in a VISAA Division I battle on Saturday, January 4. The Knights enter the battle with a record of 10-3. Bishop O'Connell won 57-52 in their recent non-league battle against St. John's (Washington, DC)

The Panthers now own a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Point for a non-league battle on Monday, January 6. Pallotti will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 58-52 league loss to Northern (Owings, MD). The Eagles record now stands at 2-7.
