January 3, 2025: Pocatello, ID 83204 Pocatello Thunder (Pocatello, ID) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting San Pedro Pirates (San Pedro, CA), 67-57 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Pocatello advances its record to 4-3 on the year. The Thunder travel to Twin Falls (Twin Falls, ID) to face the Bruins in a non-league match on Thursday, January 9. The Bruins enter the match with a record of 2-6. Twin Falls lost 42-34 in their recent non-league match against Canyon Ridge (Twin Falls, ID)
The Pirates now own a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Highland for a non-league match on Saturday, January 4. San Pedro will face a Rams squad coming off a 70-42 non-league loss to Centennial (Boise, ID). The Rams record now stands at 3-4.
