New York High School Basketball - South Seneca routs Williamson
January 3, 2025: Ovid, NY 14521 In Friday's non-league contest, the host South Seneca Falcons basketball squad scored a decisive 61-39 victory over the Williamson Marauders.
With the victory, South Seneca advances its record to 8-0 on the year. The Falcons travel to North Rose-Wolcott (Wolcott, NY) to meet the Cougars in a non-league battle on Saturday, January 4. The Cougars enter the battle with a record of 1-6. North Rose-Wolcott lost 54-43 in their recent non-league battle against Wayland-Cohocton (Wayland, NY)
The Marauders now own a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Rose-Wolcott for a Section 5 Wayne battle on Thursday, January 16.
