The Austin Maroons (Austin, TX) basketball were winner over the host Cornerstone Christian Warriors (San Antonio, TX), 51-43 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Maroons now possess a 17-8 record. They play next when they host Bowie for a 6A Region IV District 26 bout on Tuesday, January 7. Austin will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 64-26 league win over Akins (Austin, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 18-8.
