In Friday's non-league contest, the host Fort Worth THESA Riders basketball team scored a big 67-40 triumph over the Covenant Classical Cavaliers.

The Riders (20-6) will now prepare for their contest against Prestonwood Christian (Plano, TX). The Lions go into the non-league contest with a 17-6 record. In their last contest, Prestonwood Christian was trounced by Aledo (Aledo, TX), 53-47, in a non-league contest.
