Texas High School Soccer - Round Rock knocks off Memorial
January 3, 2025: Houston, TX 77024 Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Round Rock Dragons (Round Rock, TX) and the host Memorial Mustangs (Houston, TX), saw Round Rock's soccer squad triumph over Memorial by a count of 5-0.
The Dragons (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against Cypress Woods (Cypress, TX). The Wildcats enter the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Cypress Woods was overwhelmed by Brandeis (San Antonio, TX), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Mustangs battle the Dawson Eagles (Pearland, TX) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, January 4. Memorial will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 2-0 record after their 4-2 non-league win over Klein Collins (Spring, TX).
