The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the West Wendover Wolverines (West Wendover, NV) and the visiting Sierra Lutheran Falcons (Carson City, NV), observed West Wendover's basketball team overwhelm Sierra Lutheran by a score of 57-17.

The Wolverines (9-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Silver Stage (Silver Springs, NV). The Nighthawks come into the challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Silver Stage was routed by Yerington (Yerington, NV), 44-26, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Falcons encounter the Battle Mountain Longhorns (Battle Mountain, NV) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 4.
