January 3, 2025: Woodside, CA 94062 Woodside Wildcats (Woodside, CA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Prospect Panthers (Saratoga, CA), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Woodside moves its record to 2-4 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Junipero Serra (San Mateo, CA) to clash with the Padres in a non-league test on Saturday, January 4. The Padres come into the test with a record of 3-1. Junipero Serra 2-2 in their recent non-league test against Mountain View (Mountain View, CA)
The Panthers now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host James Lick for a non-league test on Thursday, January 9. Prospect will clash with a Comets team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Cristo Rey San Jose Jesuit (San Jose, CA). The Comets record now stands at 2-3.
