Michigan High School Basketball - Marysville topped by Richmond
January 4, 2022: Richmond, MI 48062 The Richmond Blue Devils basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the visiting Marysville Vikings to 49 in the Blue Devils non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Blue Devils now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Imlay City for a Blue Water Area contest on Thursday, January 6. Richmond will battle a Spartans team coming off a 69-56 league loss to Southfield Christian (Southfield, MI). The Spartans record now stands at 2-2.
The Vikings (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Lakeview (St. Clair Shores, MI). The Huskies come into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Lakeview was defeated by Lake Shore (St. Clair Shores, MI), 73-55, in a league contest.
