Ohio High School Basketball - Rittman nips Open Door Christian
January 4, 2022: Rittman, OH 44270 Rittman Indians (Rittman, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Open Door Christian Patriots (Elyria, OH), 49-47 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Rittman upgrades its record to 3-5 on the season. The Indians host Mogadore (Mogadore, OH) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 11. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 7-3. Mogadore won 70-53 in their recent league bout against Southeast (Ravenna, OH)
Next up, the Patriots play the Brookside Cardinals (Sheffield, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 8. Open Door Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Cardinals go into the bout with a 6-3 record after their 80-74 league win over Wellington (Wellington, OH).
