January 4, 2022: Ripley, OH 45167 The Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington Blue Jays basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the visiting St. Patrick Saints to 40 in the Blue Jays non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Blue Jays now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Adams for a Southern Hills contest on Friday, January 7. Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington will battle a Green Devils team coming off a 64-23 league win over West Union (West Union, OH). The Green Devils record now stands at 4-3.
The Saints (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Elliott County (Sandy Hook, KY). The Lions come into the non-league contest with a 6-1 record. In their last contest, Elliott County triumphed over Greenup County (Greenup, KY), 45-41, in a non-league contest.
