The Velva Aggies (Velva, ND) basketball nipped the visiting Bishop Ryan Lions (Minot, ND), 35-29 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Aggies (4-4) will now prepare for their test against Four Winds/Minnewaukan (Fort Totten, ND). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 5-0 record. In their last test, Four Winds/Minnewaukan got by Shiloh Christian (Bismarck, ND), 68-66, in a non-league test.
