Danbury Lakers (Lakeside, OH) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host St. Mary Central Catholic Panthers (Sandusky, OH), 69-27 in a league bout.

With the victory, Danbury upgrades its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Lakers host Calvert (Tiffin, OH) to play the Senecas in a Sandusky Bay - River bout on Thursday, January 6. The Senecas come into the bout with a record of 4-4. Calvert won 39-36 in their recent non-league bout against McComb (McComb, OH)
